This courtyard style apartment community features open-air direct access to each individual unit and is also a top floor, corner unit. The open concept studio features an eat-in kitchen in which spacious breakfast bar can double as a dining table with the ability to seat four. For your convenience, a gas stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal are all included. With approximately 475 SF, there is ample space for your living room furniture, a desk, a king sized bed and additional bedroom furniture. There are two built-in linen cabinets as well as a large closet with mirrored sliding doors on the way to the bathroom.

Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One parking space is INCLUDED. Minimum one year lease. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash AND gas! Tenant only pays for electric and optional services such as cable and internet. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval.
