This courtyard style apartment community features open-air direct access to each individual unit and is also a top floor, corner unit. With approximately 475 SF, there is ample space for your living room furniture, a desk, a king sized bed and additional bedroom furniture. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval.
