Should you choose to rent the home furnished, the formal dining room features a solid wood four seat table with chandelier above. As you pass into the spacious kitchen, the Viking gas range will quickly catch your eye. Also included: stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, full sized in-unit washer and dryer and a variety of other kitchenwares!

The first bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside dresser, bookshelf and en suite bathroom. The modern shower stall offers a rain shower fixture above for a luxurious shower experience. As you proceed down the hall you will pass the Honeywell Thermastat for interior climate control of central heating and cooling on your right and built-in linen cabinetry before entering the second full bathroom. This one features a medicine cabinet above a modern floating vanity with storage below, a bathtub and a dual detachable shower head. Lastly, the second bedroom has a small closet and is currently furnished with a queen sized bed but is spacious enough to fit your king if you’d like to bring your own furnishings.

Furnishings include a couch, TV, TV Stand, dining table and 4 chairs, hutch, two queen sized beds, bookshelves, kitchenwares, and other miscellaneous home goods & decorative items as pictured.

Minimum One Year Lease. A lease for less than one year may be negotiable with a minimum of 6 months for $4800/mo. Tenant pays for ALL utilities including water, electric, gas, sewer, trash, cable, internet and renter’s insurance. One single parking space is included behind the home and beyond an electric driveway gate. A standard electrical outlet is located near the parking area for electric vehicle or electric bike charging capabilities. Pets will be considered with additional $500 deposit per pet.
